SourceFitness 30 Day Return Policy*

You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date* for a refund or exchange.
Please keep in mind that we do not refund any shipping costs incurred TO and FROM your location which includes our freight costs for shipping an item TO you even if the item was marked "Free Shipping".

*NOTE: All returned items must be in BRAND NEW condition and packaged in their original carton(s) in order to be accepted. If an item is returned which does not meet these guidelines, it may be subject to refusal. Some returns may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

**Due to our compliance with Health and Safety regulations we cannot accept returns on certain items. These items are NOT eligble for return or exchange - those include but are not limited to the following: 

    • Personal Medical Products
    • Cold or Heat Therapy Units or Pads
    • Compression Garments
    • Crutches
    • TENS/NMES units,
    • HyperIce products
    • Heating Pads
    • Massagers
    • Rollers
    • Pillows
    • Treatment Tables and Accessories
    • Any Special Order Item

These items are eligible for Warranty Replacement ONLY. Other limitations and exclusions may apply.

We reserve the right to limit multiple requests for warranty replacement on products that are deemed damaged by customer misuse, abuse or failure to properly maintain the equipment to manufacturers specifications.

If you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective, there will be no cost to our customers for returns or replacements.
