The Body Sport Landmine Wide Handle is made to attach to a standard or Olympic bar for use with the Landmine - a ground-based rotational training device that gives a full-body workout targeting the shoulders, core, and hips. The wide handle grips are ergonomically positioned at approximately 26" apart, are made of solid steel construction, and it comes in a sleek black finish.
It definitely has some weight to it. I had a CAP brand that was lighter and after a year the welding came off and broke. This one though, I know will last a good long time. Welds look good and it’s heavy. I don’t expect this bar to bend at all.
