Struggling to incorporate fitness into your daily routine? Try our 5 tips to make living healthier easier!

No Time To Workout?

We can always find time to do the things we want to, so why not find time to workout in the morning? We highly recommend preparing the things you need to get ready in the morning before bedtime. That way, you don’t have to scramble and look for your favorite shirt in the morning. Then you can actually use that saved up time to squeeze in a seven-minute workout! (check out our best fitness apps blog for more details).

I Don’t Want to Eat Grass, I’m Not A Rabbit!

Not a fan of salad? That’s alright! Salads aren’t the only healthy options out there. You can definitely eat meat even when you’re trying to be fit. Just remember to stay away from fried breaded meat and stick to the good old baked/grilled meat (yes red meat can be healthy too).

I Can’t Stand Tasteless Water, I Need My Soda

Struggling to finish that 8 ounces of water? You don’t really have to gravitate to your sugar-filled drinks when you are thirsty. Try adding fruit into your water (yes that’s still sugar) but these are natural sugars that can actually be good for you. Try some blueberries, they contain antioxidants that are good for your body.

Gym Memberships Are So Expensive!

Ever heard of the wonderful world of Youtube? Yes, it doesn’t only contain viral funny videos but also a ton of fitness videos for free. We highly recommend Tone it Up! They actually do the workouts with you so you don’t feel alone, and of course yes, they are free. No need to spend a dime! All you need is a mat, your tv, and internet. (I mean who doesn’t?)

I Like Staying Up To Netflix and Chill, I Deserve it!

We all deserve a break! But, that doesn’t mean we need to compromise our sleep habits. Sleep is essential to living healthier. Get as much as 8 hours that’s what they say. No that doesn’t mean staying up till 3 am and waking up at 11 am. Make sure to at least be in bed before 10 to give your body ample time to rest and start snoozing. Make it a point to turn off all electronics put your phone on do not disturb and turn on night mode.

These might not work out for you but, at least give it a try! Remember to find what will work for you and stick to it! All it takes is one change to live a better life!
